Unlike Lao Fu Zi Fried Kway Teow or Toa Payoh Rojak which I blogged about before, Katong Ah Soon Fried Oyster is not a famous stall. But I had a craving for oyster omelette and had no idea which stall in Old Airport Road Food Centre is famous for it. So I gave Katong Ah Soon's oyster omelette ($3) a try, and I like it. The oysters are big and fresh, and the egg batter tastes good. Not the best in Singapore, but definitely above average.
